Nos programmes sont faits sur mesures et parfaitement adaptés à ceux et celles qui ne sont jamais montés sur une de ces planches.
Nos planches de SUP sont larges avec un dessus souple afin que, selon votre niveau ou votre envie, vous puissiez vous y assoir ou vous y mettre à genoux ou debout pendant que vous glissez à la surface de l’eau.

Le cours PADI Freediver vous permet de découvrir le monde de l’apnée afin que vous puissiez plonger en complète liberté et en toute sécurité.
La plongée en apnée est une manière de se découvrir soi même ainsi que l’océan.

Did not expect to get my PADI license sorted, however, Mara made this possible. She is honestly amazing! She was patient, understanding and made the whole process so enjoyable! She truly cares about her students and her passion for diving is so admirable! I could not recommend her more highly!
We had an amazing time with Mara - she was a great teacher, very patient and taught us everything we needed to know! Great for all ages, we went as mum and daughter and both had a great time, we felt safe the whole time and now feel comfortable on paddle boards! We would definitely recommend to anyone who fancies giving this a try!
Our first experience with paddle. A bit windy but a very nice morning. After the instructions we went for a trip along the shore.We had a lot of fun! Especially the part where you try to stand up(and fall)We can recommend this to everyone.Thank you Mara for the great morning.
My husband and myself booked a paddle boarding lesson with Mara, we are complete novices having never done this before.Mara put us at our ease and after a introduction to the boards on the sand discussing and practising we were soon off on the waterMara was a very patient and understanding teacher, it’s not as easy as it looks but its very good fun and an excellent workout!We saw fish and crabs and the water was crystal clear.My husband is not a strong swimmer but felt perfectly safe on the board and loved it.Would definitely recommend this activity and we’re planning on doing it again during our stay.
We had the most amazing experience today. We went for the paddle boarding for beginners and snorkelling experience. This was by far the best activity we have done all holiday. We would recommend this to anyone who loves the sea, trying new things and is looking for something a little different from just laying by the pool. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We took our 3 teenager's to do paddle boarding and snorkeling. They said it was the best thing they did on holidays. Mara was a brilliant coach. When they went snorkeling she pointed out the fish and knew were the best spots were. Would highly recommend Mara and Sup Tours
We had a wonderful 2 hr private SUP along the coast with mara (our guide). Mara was really lovely and chatty and put me at ease before we set off with an introduction to SUP (I'd only done it once before on a lake in England) - SUP on the sea was a little harder than the lake with some surprise waves from behind 😂 but we really had a lot of fun! We paddled along the coastline and it was lovely and calm day. Mara takes photos and sends them to you afterwards which is a nice touch. Really fun day out, would highly recommend to everyone. Thanks Mara we will be back next time 😊
Fantastic experience with two kids and myself. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the prices are good value.This is well worth a visit and having a go.Top place and will definitely be coming back.
We had a very nice time learning to paddle. We first did some basic exercises in the hotel pool and then we went into the ocean for the real deal. The teacher was very friendly, helpful and explained everything in a nice way. She also took some pictures of us so that we would have a nice memory. We wished we would have taken the lesson earlier in our vacation so that we could have practiced more but we took it the day before we left so now we are looking to take lessons at home because we are hooked. 😆
Husband had an excellent time paddleboarding. Mara was an excellent instructor and made the group all feel at ease. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend. Will be returning later in the week.
Myself and my son's had the most amazing time out with (Maria, I think she was called) from Sup Tours Paddle boarding and snorkelling. We were thrilled we got to see a stingray, sea urchins and an array of colourful fish whilst snorkelling. Highly recommend and well worth the money.
Great experience. I have been on the sup a few times with Mara. During the tour, we went into the water with a mask and snorkel to see the fish and the reefs. To go with sup to snorkel and see fish is for me the ideal way to do that
Great experience!!! 💯 Looking at the island from the ocean it makes it even more special, i had a great time with Mara during our Wreck tour, we paddle all along the cost of Puerto del Carmen and Freedive to the wreck where we found a lot of marine life! And i have also seen my first seahorse 😍 thank you Mara 🙏🏻
